Our Small Group Training classes meet every Monday and Wednesday (8:00am-9:00am) and are unique in their combination of dynamic power, strength, agility, overall general preparedness, and DNS principles: all from the same lens of cyclical training (training based on your menstrual cycle or seasonal shifts).
Our Wellness Wednesday evening yoga class is (5:45-6:45 pm) is ready to help you connect every week with intentional movement and breath work (and a special focus on DNS principles that you'll recognize from your in-office care and at-home rehab exercises). Spend an hour moving with intention; your body, mind, and spirit will thank you!
Our VO2 Max Training class meets weekly on Thursday mornings for the Norwegian 4x4, a proven strategy for increasing VO2 max. We promise it won't feel good to do it, but you'll feel great after!
Our Saturday Small Group Training (8:15-9:30am) class is a little different than our Mon/Wed SGT, but we're still working with your cycle, using DNS principles, and taking into account your Rate of Perceived Exertion.
All of our classes are physician directed and based on DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization — the most elite rehabilitation techniques in the world) principles; our coaches are ready to help you adapt as necessary to suit your movement needs, including, of course, throughout pregnancy.
For those of you who are postpartum and have either completed or are currently enrolled in Postpartum Rehab with us, we'll continue supporting your healing process in class.

We began our Short-Term Tracks with personalized Postpartum Rehab sessions to help busy, overwhelmed new moms stay on track with their postpartum recovery.
Dr. Mumma’s Postpartum Rehab class is the only one of its kind: a DNS-based core and pelvic floor recovery course that integrates pelvic floor stability, diastasis rehabilitation, and intentional strength training for whole body recovery after giving birth.
But everyone benefits from an expert caring touch. Our expert-trained Rehab Chiropractic Assistants bring just that to the table.
And they do the same for Dr. Bailey's Mastering Compound Movements course.
MCM gives patients the crucial building blocks for stability through movement: ensuring that strength training improves patient health rather than increasing the risk of injury.
PPR and MCM are our signature programs, each consisting of six weeks of programming to be done twice weekly. And our Short Term Tracks offer 2x per week training these programs with personalized feedback and guidance.
